Policy
What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Last updated 19 August 2026
Who this policy is from
This website is operated by AMIX TDA Pro Inc, a tax preparation practice based in California. If you have any question about this policy, or about information we hold, contact us at amixtdapro@gmail.com or (818) 399-5488.
What the contact form collects
When you submit the consultation form we record the name, email address, phone number, service selection and message you enter. We also record which page you submitted from and the IP address the submission came from, which we use only to identify automated spam. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.
What we do with it
A copy is stored in this website database and a notification is emailed to us so we can reply. We use it to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the work you ask us to do. We do not use it for marketing lists, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in the website inbox until we no longer need them to answer you or to keep a record of work discussed. You can ask us to delete yours at any time by emailing amixtdapro@gmail.com, and we will do so unless we are required by law or by tax record keeping obligations to retain it.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, such as which pages are read and roughly which region visitors come from. It sets cookies in your browser and shares data with Google. We do not use it to identify you personally. You can prevent it entirely with the Google opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser. The site works normally either way.
What this site does not do
We do not run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels. Our fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party, so simply reading a page does not report your visit to anyone other than Google Analytics. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors, and we do not build profiles.
Links to other sites
Our footer links to profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, and some pages link to ctec.org and irs.gov. Once you follow a link you are on another company site under their policy, not ours.
Your choices under California law
California residents can ask what personal information a business holds about them, ask for it to be deleted, and ask that it not be sold or shared. We do not sell or share personal information. To make any of these requests, email amixtdapro@gmail.com from the address you contacted us with, or call us, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, so what you type into the contact form is encrypted in transit. No website can promise perfect security, so please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details or tax documents through the contact form. Get in touch first and we will tell you how to send documents safely.
Client privacy is separate
This policy covers the website. The confidentiality of your tax information as a client of the practice is governed separately by federal law for paid tax preparers, and we will give you that notice when you engage us.
Changes
If we change how the site handles information we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
